Someone once told me,
”If you want people to read or enjoy your
content. you need to make sure it pleases
them.”
But when I think about my Lord Jesus…..
He didn’t write the Bible hoping people would
like it.
He didn’t craft His Word wondering if people
would study it.
He didn’t write to entertain. He wrote
because He is the Word- for those who
believe.
He didn’t hope there would be believers.
He knew there were believers-
And He knew there would be more.
So when I write, I don’t write in hopes of being
accepted or praised.
I write because the One who anointed me has
given me words to pour out-for Him.
I write to make Him smile.
I write to please Him first.
I write to honor the One who gave me this gift
-not the ones who try to judge it.
Pleasing Him first is not just my desire-it’s
perfect order.
Because when He is pleased, everything else
falls into place.
Even if the world never claps, Heaven already
has.
“But seek first the kingdom of God and His
righteousness, and all these things shall be
added to you.”
-Matthew 6:33 (NKJV
)
